Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within Malaysia only, covering:

• Peninsular Malaysia

• East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak)

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically and displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Peninsular Malaysia: 2 to 5 business days

• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5 to 7 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or due to courier-related delays. If there is a significant delay with your order, our team will contact you via email or phone.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via Whatsapp/Email within 24 hours. You may use this tracking number to monitor your delivery through the courier’s website.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your parcel is delayed, undelivered, or lost, please contact us at care@svasika.my within 7 days from the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier to assist in resolving the matter as soon as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping charges.
